We went to Bath yesterday and I had a nice time imagining Romans building and using the place, plus some of the history before and after the Roman era in Britain. It is interesting to think about places of worship built prior to Christ. Reading the prayers written by the Roman Brits to Sulis-Minerva was thought provoking: did God hear these pre-Christian era prayers?
